We operate in the Latvian ports of Riga, Ventspils, Liepaja, and Skulte, as well as in the port of Klaipeda in Lithuania and the ports of Tallinn, Paldiski, and Sillamae in Estonia through our local subagents. We are pleased to represent any party – ship owner, operator or charterer – and provide any kind of necessary services:
FULL PORT AGENCY
- Vessel's pre-arrival announcement to all authorities;
- Berth reservations;
- Pilot, tugboats and mooring arrangements;
- Port clearance;
- Attendance at loading and/or discharging operations;
- Preparation of cargo documents;
- Arrangements of fresh water supply;
- Arrangements of bunker supply;
- Arrangements for ship stores replenishment;
- Arrangements for waste removals (slops, sludge, bilges, sewage, garbage);
- Permanent full update of all concerned parties regarding prospects and port stay;
- Post departure follow up.
HUSBANDRY AGENCY
- Bunker delivery coordination;
- Cash to Master;
- Crew change assistance, including airport transfers, accommodation, VISA arrangements and immigration formalities;
- Crew medical assistance;
- Launch coordination service;
- Spare parts coordination;
- Any other services required by Master and/or Owners.
OWNERS PROTECTIVE AGENCY
Supervising, along with providing advice to your counterparty's agent during port calls ensures your interests are always taken care of. As your protective agent, we ensure the following services are carried out to protect your ship:
- Scrutinize the PDA to negotiate better rates and suggest better alternatives when relevant;
- Monitor local port rules and restrictions and advise accordingly;
- Check and validate SOF;
- Be your representative when an incident happens or in cases of disputes;
- Operations monitoring;
- Surveyors appointments;
- Any other services required by Master and/or Owners.
